My name is Heather Francis. I’m a researcher from the University of New South Wales interested in understanding the social problems people with traumatic brain injury face.
Are you a relative, spouse, close friend or carer of someone with a traumatic brain injury?
I need your help. I want to learn from you what the main social challenges are for people with TBI, which will enable better understanding of how these problems can be treated.
Below is a link to a short survey that takes about 15 minutes to complete. As a way of thanking you, you will go into the draw to win one of 3 Coles Myer gift vouchers to the value of $50 each.
ONLINE: Follow this link to complete the survey https://eSurv.org?u=BIA2014
MAIL: Contact us and we will send you a package with some questionnaires for you to fill in. A postage paid envelope will be supplied for you to return the questionnaires.
If you could complete the survey before 01/11/2014, it would be greatly appreciated.
It is important that you know that this project has been approved by the Ethics Review Committee (RPAH Zone) of the Sydney Local Health District and will follow the Privacy Act of 1988 – all the information collected from you for the study will be treated confidentially, and only the researchers involved will have access to it.
