My name is Heather Francis. I’m a researcher from the University of New South Wales interested in understanding the social problems people with traumatic brain injury face.

Are you a relative, spouse, close friend or carer of someone with a traumatic brain injury?

I need your help. I want to learn from you what the main social challenges are for people with TBI, which will enable better understanding of how these problems can be treated.

Below is a link to a short survey that takes about 15 minutes to complete. As a way of thanking you, you will go into the draw to win one of 3 Coles Myer gift vouchers to the value of $50 each.
