Online Survey: Benefits and Barriers of Organised Physical Activity for Children with a Disability

The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), together with Deakin University, is seeking parents/caregivers of children aged 4-17 years with a disability and/or additional needs, and sport coaches (volunteer or paid) who are 18 years or older, to complete an online survey about the benefits and barriers of organised physical activity for children with a disability.

The results of the survey will be used to inform further research, and develop resources to better support parents and their children with disabilities and/or additional needs who would like to participate in organised physical activity.

The online survey will take about 20 minutes to complete, and is here.

The contact person for the survey is Dr Nicole Papadopoulos.
