What do you get out of getting in and doing some exercise?

Muscle strength? Fitness? Perhaps you like it because it gets you out of the house and socialising.

These are all benefits of a gym session run by the Tasmanian Acquired Brain Injury Service. Penny Terry went along to the gym during Acquired Brain injury Awareness week and saw that hard work can lead to really promising results.
